My friend Parker Greene, an incredibly talented designer I met during my time at UT Knox had this written on his graduation cap, and what better time to reflect on school than when you're in the middle of graduating from it?

While I took part in designing these projects - either as the sole author or as part of a group - nothing is designed in a vacuum. Regularly, I find inspiration in things outside myself - some of these actively share their ideas with me. Professors in a desk crit, classmates in brainstorming, or friends making inquiries. Others are silent donors, existing projects, strangers' conversations overhead, or images found online.

 

To all of these sources, I'm very grateful for their contributions and the roles in which they have played in my journey, and acknowledge that all of my work would not be possible without them.
